Blaire Stokes is a seasoned litigator and strategic legal advisor with a track record of navigating high-stakes disputes and complex regulatory landscapes.  With a career that spans years of practice at top-tier law firms and leadership roles at a major technology company, Blaire has a proven ability to align legal strategy with business goals.

During her tenure at Nixon Peabody LLP, Blaire represented clients in a variety of complex commercial matters, developing the rigorous analytical skills and calm under pressure that have become hallmarks of her practice.  Her experience at Nixon Peabody provided a deep foundation in managing multi-faceted legal risks for diverse clients.

After honing her litigation skills at Nixon Peabody, Blaire transitioned to an in-house litigation role at Lyft, a company at the forefront of the modern gig economy and tech sector.  Her work within the technology industry gave her an insider’s understanding of how legal challenges can impact innovation and growth.  She is recognized for her ability to distill intricate legal theories into actionable strategies, ensuring that her clients can navigate legal hurdles without losing momentum.

Blaire earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.  During her time at Berkeley, she served as an editor for the California Law Review and the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law.  She holds her undergraduate degree from Princeton University.

Outside of the office, Blaire enjoys playing sports (especially tennis and basketball), listening to audiobooks, and spending quality time with her husband and two kids.
