Angela is a Certified Public Accountant with expertise in financial accounting, specializing in the professional services industry.  Angela has been acknowledged for sound decision-making abilities, attention to detail and strong analytical skills that lead to exponential growth.  As the Director of Finance at Lewis & Llewellyn, Angela is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the firm including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, analyzing trends and KPIs, and working closely with firm stakeholders on strategic planning.

Angela started her career as a Tax Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  As a Tax Senior Associate, Angela advised clients and coordinated the preparation of federal and state tax returns for corporations and partnerships in the venture capital and retail industries.  Angela progressed her career at PwC as a Senior Manager in their Tax Technology group, managing technology vendor relationships and software contracts in excess of $3M annually for the Americas region.  She also served as the primary business technology liaison for the NY Metro Tax Region, supporting 5 offices in 3 states; working with all tax employees on training and escalations related to tax technology and process.

Prior to joining Lewis & Llewellyn, Angela worked as a Virtual CFO and Operations Manager, supporting start-up law firms with their financial reporting, payroll and hiring and overall firm strategic planning and growth.  During this role, Angela helped launch and maintain financial operations for over 30 law firms, working with all stakeholders as an integral asset to their firm’s success.

In her free time, you can find Angela replicating recipes in the kitchen from her favorite cooking shows.  Angela enjoys spending time outdoors, and can often be found sitting on the beach with a great book.
