Larry Piazza is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles within the legal industry, and serves as the Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer of Lewis & Llewellyn LLP. In this dual role, he is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, financial oversight and profitability, overseeing daily operations, human resources, navigating change and innovation, information technology, and risk management. He plays a crucial role in creating and improving internal policies and operational systems.

Additionally, Larry is well-versed in labor and employment law as well as motivating teams and fostering firm collaboration.

Before joining Lewis & Llewellyn LLP, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP, and held various leadership roles at Robert Half Legal and Pahl & McCay, APC.

Larry holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from San Jose State University where he actively participated in Pi Sigma Alpha – The National Political Science Honor Society.
