Andrew Hudlow is a commercial litigator who brings a business-minded approach to complex disputes and investigations.
Before joining Lewis & Llewellyn, Andrew practiced at Goodwin Procter LLP, where he worked on a wide range of matters, including commercial disputes, securities litigation, government inquiries, and internal investigations. Prior to law school, Andrew worked in the venture capital industry, assisting fund clients with audit coordination, portfolio-company valuations, and investment operations.
During law school, Andrew competed in Moot Court and served as a teaching assistant in legal research and writing and in legislation and administrative regulation. He also clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, where he supported federal prosecutors in criminal matters.
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys listening to history podcasts, reading, experimenting with AI tools, competing in pub trivia, and keeping up with developments in politics, business and technology.
