We are thrilled to announce that our partner Becca Furman has been named by the Daily Journal as a Top 40 Under 40 attorney for 2024. This annual award recognizes and honors the best lawyers under 40 years old in California.

Becca is a talented litigator who represents clients in highly technical scientific issues or complicated business disputes, both in state and federal court.  Most recently, Becca, as co-lead counsel, won a complete victory on behalf of a large technology company in a trade secret case pending in Santa Clara Superior Court.  She is slated for trial next year,  defending two individuals in another trade secret case involving electric vehicle manufacturing .  On the plaintiff-side—and as a complement to her business litigation practice—she regularly represents women and children who have been sexually abused.

Becca has been named to Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars for the past 7 years, and in 2022 was recognized by the National Law Journal as both a Plaintiffs’ Attorneys Trailblazer and an Elite Boutique Trailblazer.
