Erin Keefe is a passionate, skilled and creative litigator with a wide range of civil litigation experience. She has over a decade of experience representing clients in commercial and consumer litigation, including business tort, contract, fraud, trade secret, unfair competition, personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, and false advertising disputes.
Erin has experience in every phase of litigation, including dispositive motion practice and trial experience. She also specializes in appellate practice in both state and federal court and has obtained several published decisions on behalf of her clients. Erin enjoys navigating novel legal issues, anticipating the ramifications of various strategies and legal positions, and collaborating to find creative solutions to complex problems.
Before joining Lewis & Llewellyn, Erin practiced at two boutique law firms in Los Angeles and San Francisco where she obtained hands-on motion and trial experience representing a range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to start-up technology companies to individual entrepreneurs. While in school at UCLA law, Erin was a member of the Public Interest Law & Policy Program. She remains committed to challenging institutional biases and transforming the legal landscape to be more equitable with her experience representing indigent clients in criminal appeals.
Away from the office, Erin enjoys backpacking, skiing, live music and adventuring with her partner and two kids.
