Saad is a commercial litigator who represents clients in complex civil disputes in state and federal courts across the country. His practice includes shareholder litigation, trade secret claims, business disputes, and government enforcement actions.
Before joining Lewis & Llewellyn LLP, Saad practiced in the litigation departments at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C. in Palo Alto and at Covington & Burling LLP in New York, where he represented companies and individuals in securities actions, trade secrets matters, founder disputes, and other complex commercial cases. Saad also clerked for the Honorable Theresa L. Springmann of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
Saad earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School. While in law school, he served as a notes editor on the Cornell Law Review. He received his B.A. from Boston University, where he competed on the Division I men’s varsity tennis team.
As a transplant to the Bay Area, Saad enjoys exploring California state parks and beaches with his wife and two children.
