Erin Reding is a highly experienced litigator who focuses on representing survivors of sexual abuse, with an emphasis on childhood sexual abuse.  She handles cases against both individual perpetrators and responsible entities, and obtains favorable outcomes for survivors in pre-litigation negotiations and through civil litigation, including trial.  She has worked with Lewis & Llewellyn to recover tens of millions of dollars on behalf of her clients.  Erin is passionate about this work because it brings a voice to her clients, many of whom have been previously silenced, while also encouraging other survivors to come forward.  This mutually reinforcing relationship exposes the widespread prevalence of sexual abuse, which is a critical step in reducing the frequency with which abuse happens.

Erin also represents clients in complex, commercial litigation, including contract litigation, fraud claims, fiduciary duty actions, founder disputes, and real estate disputes.  Lastly, Erin has worked in the public sector representing public entities in land use matters, compliance litigation, government contract disputes, employment cases, and civil rights claims.

Erin understands the importance of creating an individualized strategy that is tailored to each client and case.  To that end, she aggressively pursues whatever endpoint best serves her clients’ goals, including mediation or settlement.  When cases cannot be resolved without litigation, Erin’s experience spans all stages of litigation, from the filing of the complaint to trial.
