Grace is a commercial litigator with a wide range of experience and a passion for finding creative, practical solutions for her clients. She represents companies and individuals in complex disputes across various industries, and is known for her strategic judgment, clear communication, and steady guidance throughout the life of a case. Clients trust her to navigate high-pressure matters efficiently while keeping their business goals at the forefront.

Grace has represented clients in a broad array of contractual disputes, employment disputes, and founder and partnership disputes, from the pre litigation stage through trial. Her experience spans the tech, real estate, and retail industries, among others, and includes counseling clients on risk and strategy before a complaint is filed, litigating through discovery and dispositive motions, and preparing witnesses and evidence for trial. She has also handled third party subpoena issues for major technology companies in antitrust and other complex matters, giving her insight into cutting edge regulatory issues.

Throughout her practice, Grace has obtained favorable settlements for her clients and achieved positive outcomes on dispositive motions, often narrowing or resolving cases before trial. She takes pride in distilling complex facts and legal issues into clear, persuasive arguments and in collaborating closely with clients to develop a tailored strategy that fits their needs and tolerance for risk. Her clients value her responsiveness, candor, and calm, solutions oriented approach to even the most contentious disputes.

Grace also helps manage Lewis & Llewellyn’s annual fellowship, which is designed to promote access to the legal profession by providing hands-on litigation experience, law school preparation, and general professional development to high-achieving young adults from a diverse array of backgrounds.

Before joining Lewis & Llewellyn, Grace practiced at White & Case LLP, where she supported clients in a broad range of high stakes litigation, including contract and business disputes. She also represented clients in large chapter 11 bankruptcies across diverse sectors, including the cryptocurrency and oil and gas industries, giving her a strong grounding in financially and operationally complex matters. In addition, Grace maintained a robust pro bono practice focused on education and civil rights.

During law school, Grace was the Senior Research Editor for the Duke Law Journal and a teacher’s assistant in legal writing courses.

Grace is barred in California, New York, New Jersey, and in the District of Columbia. In addition, she is barred in the federal courts of the Northern District of California and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Outside of the office, Grace can be found spending time outdoors with her family and rescue dog. She also enjoys running, cycling, and baking for family and friends.
