Rina Plotkin

Rina Plotkin represents clients in all stages of complex commercial litigation and arbitration.

Before joining Lewis and Llewellyn, Rina practiced at Fenwick & West where she represented clients in the technology and life sciences industries in a broad range of high-stakes litigation matters and government investigations. Rina also maintained an active pro bono practice related to immigration law and civil rights, obtaining asylum for applicants and pursuing justice for individuals bringing excessive force and Eighth Amendment claims.

During law school, Rina was an Articles Editor for the Duke Law Journal, a member of the Moot Court Board, and Head of Active Investigations at the Duke Law Innocence Project. She was also an Appellate Practice Teaching Assistant and worked on federal appeals with the Appellate Litigation Clinic.

Outside of the office, Rina can be found trying out a new cookie recipe, working on her jump shot, playing board games, and going on adventures with her husband and their dog Goofy.
