Marjon is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, class action lawsuits, and intellectual property disputes. She crafts creative arguments to secure winning results for her clients in high-stakes litigation.
Before joining Lewis & Llewellyn, Marjon practiced at Winston & Strawn LLP, where she represented clients from a broad range of industries, including financial services, automotive, technology, luxury retail, and consumer products. She represented her clients in complex litigation, and she also enforced trademarks and copyrights in pre-litigation disputes. Marjon maintained an active pro bono practice representing clients in immigration and Title IX matters. She served on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
During law school, she was a Graduate Student Tutor for an appellate advocacy course. She also externed at the California Supreme Court for Justice Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar.
Outside of the office, Marjon can be found spending time exploring the Bay Area with her husband and two kids. She also enjoys soccer, playing piano, and reading historical fiction.
