Grace Ramirez is a commercial litigator with a wide range of experience and a passion for finding unique solutions for her clients.
Before joining Lewis & Llewellyn, Grace practiced at White & Case LLP, where she supported clients in a broad range of high-stakes litigation matters, including contract and business disputes. Grace also represented clients in large chapter 11 cases from various sectors, including the cryptocurrency and oil and gas industries. Additionally, Grace maintained a robust pro bono practice related to education and civil rights.
During law school, Grace was the Senior Research Editor for the Duke Law Journal and a teacher’s assistant in legal writing courses.
Outside of the office, Grace can be found spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and rescue dog. She also enjoys running, cycling, and baking for family and friends.
