Nick Saenz is a civil litigator who represents a wide range of clients, including fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and individuals, in complex commercial disputes.

Below are some of his recent matters:

  • Victory at arbitration on behalf of the world’s largest computer manufacturer following evidentiary hearing on fraud and trade secret misappropriation claims
  • Victory at trial in a board of director dispute
  • Counseled growth-stage companies and individuals on employment mobility and trade secret matters
  • Negotiated separation of high-level employees and company founders, allowing all sides to avoid litigation
  • Litigated compensation dispute between over two dozen high-level employees and their former employer, resulting in a favorable settlement

Nick has authored a chapter on corporate litigation published by ALM and published multiple articles in TechCrunch regarding employment mobility issues.

Before joining Lewis & Llewellyn, Nick practiced at Kirkland & Ellis and Shartsis Friese in San Francisco.  He graduated from Emory University School of Law in the top ten percent of his class and as a member of Order of the Coif.
