Kristin Orrantia has over 20 years of experience as a Trial Paralegal. She has worked on over 52 trials and most in the “hot seat” presenting evidence at trial in both federal and state courts. She is a certified trainer for Trial Director, is certified by the National Court Reporter’s Association in “Trial Presentation,” and is a member of the San Francisco Paralegal’s Association and the American Society of Trial Consultants.
Kristin is a qualified paralegal under Section 6450 of the California Business and Professions Code, with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and a concentration in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University. She regularly teaches MCLE courses on Trial Preparation for local bar and legal assistant associations and the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
Kristin’s prior experience includes the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy. She has focused her career on complex business disputes in a wide range of industries.
Outside of the office, you will find Kristin horseback riding, bicycling or attempting another home-improvement project with her husband.
